Going to see Christmas lights were definitely not on my agenda for the day (I’m honestly not sure how I feel about the holidays anymore) but I went, and I can say that I got to be there for the very last cast preview, but most importantly I got to see so many people who were genuinely happy to see me and gave me hugs and let me cry on their shoulders…and that’s what Christmas is all about, Charlie Brown. It’s not as detailed as I’d like it to be, and I didn’t even get to start the apron, but @bri-ecrit looks like an angel and she’s sending it back to me so I can do final touches and embroidery and the like.

The blouse is an old Modcloth purchase, the Cole Street Flat Top! I haven’t worn it since my teaching days, when my uniform was basically solid color tops tucked into print skirts, and it worked so beautifully with the Belle dress that I have it to her.

Just kidding. I’ll wear this for #iconoscars2015. Perfection.
