Oh, my poor little dress. You are hideous. Totally hideous. I can save you, but there’s no way I can save you fast enough to wear you in a few hours. You need a gathered skirt instead of pleats, a deeper scoop neck, a raised waist, shorter sleeves, adjusted shoulders…plus a cape and all the little flowers and sequins and such.
