“I am a princess. All girls are. Even if they live in tiny old attics. Even if they dress in rags, even if they aren’t pretty, or smart, or young. They’re still princesses. All of us.”
I need this on my blog because reasons.
Harry/Luna, Neville/Luna, James/Lily, Ron/Hermione, Bill/Fleur, Arthur/Molly.
I don’t like Ginny very much, personally. She’s like wallpaper. And I’m pretty sure Harry married her just because it meant he could be a Weasley, and he just wants a faaaaaamily.
I’m revamping my original novel again (the one I was supposed to write for NaNoWriMo…) and combining with an idea that popped into my head the first time I saw Deathly Hallows Part II, plus repeated viewings of Once Upon a Time and The Tenth Kingdom.
So, recap on the influences for this book:
Pan’s Labyrinth, Human Croquet, Once Upon a Time, The Tenth Kingdom, Deathly Hallows Part II, a Tumblr post about Disney characters becoming Hogwarts professors.
This should be interesting.
Ugh, this is what always happens to me. I come up with an original idea, start developing it…and then I hate it and give up.
I’ll never write a real book. 😦

Oh geez! I listen to a little bit of everything. I tend to build playlists for specific stories, but in general I listen to Arcade Fire and movie scores.
Oh geez. Writer’s block. The bane of my existence.
Basically, I take it one sentence at a time. I write a sentence, then do something else. Write a sentence, do something else. I keep doing that until I hit my stride.
And sometimes I just stop writing and spend a few days watching movies, reading, playing with my cat, etc.

so I have this cool story. my phone fell in root beer and is being weird, so now every time I try to type a text to ANYONE, my phone begins calling you. Just you. Every time. It’s very odd.
YOUR PHONE KNOWS YOU YEARN FOR ME.
-bemoaning over the lack of Hocus Pocus on Netflix Instant
-bickering over whether I’m going to make him watch The Others (my favorite “scary” movie) with me
-handing out candy (he has the candy, I hold the cat)
-making hard cider pork chops with apples and onions, mashed potatoes, and steamed carrots
-and then he’s going to the midnight premiere for Uncharted 3 while I frantically try to come up with a plot for NaNoWriMo
ANYONE WANT TO GIVE ME A PLOT IDEA FOR NANOWRIMO? I DON’T LIKE MY OLD ONE…
I don’t like my NaNo idea anymore.
Well, I kind of do, but I don’t know what to do with it.
Anyone have ideas for a super awesome ghost story? I have my characters planned, but no real plot for them.
I am a terrible writer.
